What we hold
For appraisers: the account email held by our sign-in provider and whatever you put on your own listing. For visitors: nothing beyond ordinary server logs.
Payments
Card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We store the subscription status and the Stripe identifiers needed to manage it.
We email you about your listing: verification, photos and billing problems. We do not sell or share your address.
Entries listed from public information
These are compiled from an appraiser’s own public website. Ask and it is removed the same day with no reason needed.
